Clinical Psychologist
Some of the common reasons people come to therapy include wanting to be able to cope better with their day-to-day struggles, relate better to the people they love, learn to adjust to a sudden change, or generally feel safer in some way.
I work with adults, three days a week at Blackburn North. My preference is for insight-oriented therapy, though other approaches are available to suit what you need. I am currently accepting new referrals.
